Hillcroft School is located in the leafy suburbs of Caterham, Surrey consisting of a nursery school area and primary school facilities. The building itself has undergone many changes over the years with extensions and annexes being added to accommodate an ever growing demand for places.
The mechanical and electrical works consisted of both new works and the diversions and alterations to existing services. A new toilet area was provided in the nursery area with the adjacent area between buildings infilled to provide additional teaching facilities.
This contract was carried out under a partnering arrangement and has seen successful co-operation between all parties involved.
