Southill Park Arts Centre
Rota project Southill Park Arts Centre is situated in picturesque surroundings providing ideal facilities for opera evenings, jazz weekends and open air events. The building is steeped in tradition and even boasts the imprint of a ghost within the building fabric.

Music and arts are the key elements of the building usage but conference facilities are also available for corporate entertainment.

Rota were brought in to finish the crucial finishing elements of the project which consisted of a high level of labour resources coordination between specialist trades and the on site management of works.

Heating within the building is entirely electric via storage heaters, electric heater batteries within the ventilation systems or perimeter type floor ducts.
